Organic Beans, Peas & Lentils

Meet the Founder

Grace Litvinova

Welcome

My interest in health began with science. I studied Molecular Biosciences because I was fascinated by the human body and wanted to understand how life works at its most fundamental level. Years of studying cells, molecules, and the processes that sustain life gave me a deep appreciation for just how extraordinary the body is.

As my life changed, so did the way I thought about health.

Becoming a mother made health feel less theoretical and much more a part of everyday life. I became increasingly interested in nutrition and curious about the role food plays in nourishing and supporting the body throughout our lives.

That curiosity led me to study health and nutrition through the Health Coach Institute and the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute. It also changed the way I approached food at home. I became more intentional about ingredients and continued cooking from whole foods, while deepening my understanding through the everyday practice of preparing food for the people I love.

Over time, I began sharing that part of my life with others through recipes, cooking ideas, and conversations about food. And the more I shared, the more I realized how many people were also looking for simple ways to bring wholesome ingredients into their everyday cooking.

N’TANGRA grew from that life.

Beans, peas, and lentils were already foods I knew, cooked, and valued. They are wonderfully simple ingredients, yet there is almost no limit to what they can become. Across cultures and generations, people have transformed them into meals that carry their own flavors, traditions, and stories.

When I began looking more intentionally for organic dry beans, I noticed something surprisingly simple: I could not always find the quality and variety I wanted. I would find one kind here, another somewhere else, and often very little choice at all.

Eventually, I began to wonder why finding good organic beans had to be so difficult.

That question became the beginning of N’TANGRA Beans.

We thoughtfully source certified organic beans, peas, and lentils and bring them together in one collection so that you can spend less time searching for good ingredients and more time enjoying what you make with them.

What happens after that belongs to you.

Maybe it becomes a meal you have made a hundred times. Maybe it carries a recipe from your childhood. Maybe you try something completely new. That is one of the things I love most about whole foods: we can begin with the same simple ingredient and create something that is entirely our own.

Thank you for bringing N’TANGRA into your home. I hope what begins in our bags becomes something beautiful at your table.

With gratitude,
